Full disclosure, I was gifted these sauces from the company, but they are all incredible! I served them with chicken at my company Christmas party and they were a huge hit. The only one I didn't taste personally was the hot one because I don't do spicy, but my husband loved it. My family actually begs me to get more chicken to break out the sauces again. I enjoyed the Sweet Sunrise Honey and also the Bun Burner sauces with some fried popcorn shrimp. Both were really good on the shrimp, but I favored the Sweet Sunrise Honey sauce the best with the shrimp. I would love to try a meatloaf using the bun burner sauce! I have some popcorn shrimp left over, so I’m gonna actually mix both sauces together, concocting my own sauce, and I’ll let you know how that tastes! I was so excited when I heard the same BBQ sauces I enjoyed at Smoke From Above were now available online. The Sweet Sunrise Honey Sauce is perfect for my taste! The honey adds just the right amount of sweetness without high fructose corn syrup. I've tried it on a variety of meats and as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. It's definitely delicious! The Beachin' Tangy Sauce is flavorful with a slight tang that adds to the taste. If you like your sauce a little zesty, you'll like this one. I'm excited to try the Golden Beaches one next. We used to frequent the Smoked From Above restaurant and have missed it these last few years. So, when we heard that they were launching a selection of their sauces, we had to get some. The mustard sauce was absolutely wonderful on my ham biscuit today, and we had the tangy sauce on ribs last night. Brings back memories...lol.
